The patented Bruder Moist Heat Eye Compress is drug-free method to relieve dry eye symptoms, styes, chalazions and blepharitis.  Microwaving the compress activates the patented MediBeads, which release stored water (which the compress is constantly absorbing and storing from the air) as pure moist heat.  It is safe for frequent use, self-hydrating (no need to add water, just microwave and use), antibacterial, non-allergenic, long-term usability (6-8 years), washable and reusable.  
 
Directions for use:
Heat compress:  Place Bruder Moist Heat Eye Compress on a clean plate in the microwave (avoid placing it directly on the microwave shelf or turn table)  the microwave for 20-30 seconds (maximum 30 seconds) to provide 10 minutes of pure moist heat.  Apply to closed eyes.  
If you are reusing the compress within 30 minutes, reduce heating time to 10-15 seconds.  
Note:  For most effective treatment, allow 1 hour between applications to allow the compress to store water from the wair.  
Cool compress:  Place the compress in a freezer for 2 hours.  
 
Caring for your Bruder Moist Heat Eye Compress:
Wait for at least 2 hours after its last use before washing.
The compress can be hand washed in cold water with mild soap. 
Air dry for at least 24 hours before re-using.  
 
Side Effects:
Blurry eyes (should clear within a few minutes)
 
IMPORTANT:  Always touch the compress to the back of your wrist for heat level prior to placing on closed eyes.  If the compress feels too hot, wait 1-2 minutes before testing its temperature again.  Before using, the compress should feel comfortably warm but not hot. 
 
PRECAUTIONS:
Do not machine wash.
Do not use harsh detergents or fabric softeners for washing.
Do not wash in hot or warm water.
Do not use when wearing contact lenses.
